高校——企业协同创新的新进路——基于科学知识社会学的视角

从科学知识社会学的角度来研究高校、企业间的协同创新并提出校企协同创新的新进路.理念上从以技术为中心转向以人为中心、协同方式上从产学研合作为主转向以科研人员的创业活动为主、运作模式上从技术扩散模式转向校企间的战略同盟模式,这些路径的变化基于科技人员的转译.科研人员转译的成功需要新型的战略思维、新型的组织形式、新型的资源支持.%The new way of collaborative innovation between university and enterprise is from technology to talent, from university - industry collaboration to talents undertaking pioneer work, from the pattern of technology transfer to strategy league. All these changes are based on talent' s transfer, and the success of the talent' s transfer should have new strategic management, new organizational structures and processes, new style support from resources.
