消费者视角下的食品企业社会责任

         

摘要

Food safety incidents happened frequently in China in recent years, and the consumers also are unconfident a-bout food industry obviously. This paper from the consumer perspective analyzes how they evaluate corporate social responsibility by using questionnaires and software SPSS. This paper draws some conclusions on contents, objects of corporate social responsibility and reasons for lake of corporate social responsibility. Finally, this paper puts forward some measures to make food industry set up a new order.%在食品安全事故频发的背景下,我国消费者明显已对食品行业信心不足.通过调查问卷,运用SPSS软件对当前我国消费者对食品行业社会责任认知现状进行了分析,得出消费者视角的食品这一特殊行业的社会责任内容、对象及造成食品企业社会责任缺失的原因等几个方面的结论.最后对食品行业秩序的重建提出了建议.
