试析大学科技园模式下科研管理人员的专业化--基于社会分工的视角

This paper analyzes the division of labor in society,starts with the professional construction from strengthening the scientific research personnel management system,quality management mode and management personnel,and provides solutions for the development of university science park and the optimization of university science park.%通过社会分工视角进行分析，从加强科研管理人员构成、管理制度、管理方式、管理人员素质的专业化建设入手，为大学科技园发展存在问题提供解决思路，以此促进大学科技园功能的优化。
