The running of university science park can effectively link the innovation with the process of entrepreneurial adventure,which has been an important avenue for the en-trepreneurial universities to achieve technology transfer and innovation and to serve for the local economic development. In the running of university science park,it is critical to clarify its relationship with entrepreneurial university and its develop-ment strategy,to establish a scientific cooperation model of enterprises,campuses and research institutes,and to provide human resources support.
