The article,through ana-lyzing concretely knowledge workers motivation current situation,existing problems and influencing factors of virtual human resource management,combines with the theory of psychological contract,comes up with knowledge workers motivation model based on three aspects of pay,career and emotion,and states the specific incentives in detail.
