文化差异对跨文化商务合作的影响研究

摘要

Along with the global economic integration process,China cooperates with the enterprises that come from differ-ent cultures more and more frequently.The paper analyzes cultural disparity between China and the United States,Japan, Germany and Australia based on data from Project GLOBE.And then the paper uses examples to analyze the problems that arise from the cooperation among China and other four cultural organizations.The study finds out that the cultural disparity between Chinese and American is the biggest,and the cultural disparity between Chinese and Japanese is the smallest,the other two countries are in the middle.Besides,the specific dimensions of the cultural differences caused by different coun-tries are different too.Finally,cross-cultural obstacles and the strategy are explained.%随着经济全球化程度的加深，中国与来自不同文化背景的企业间的交往与合作越来越多。基于GLOBE项目的理论与数据，分析中国与美国、日本、德国以及澳大利亚之间的文化距离，结合实例，对比分析中国与其他四国在商务合作中出现的问题。研究发现，中国与美国的文化差异最大，中日文化差异最小，其他两国居中，而且，不同国家引起文化差异的具体维度也各不相同，并分析一些特定维度在跨文化沟通中的影响与应对策略。
