With the globalization of the construction industry, the construction collaboration teams have become multi-cultural. Based on the total life cycle of the construction engineering, this paper seeks to model the cross-cultural management of the construction engineering total life cycle organizations. First, the contents and the features of the construction engineering total life cycle organization have been analyzed. Next, as for the existence of the cultural differences, the model consists of three dimensions as follows: organization, stage and cross-cultural management. Finally, from the perspective of the cultural distance and cultural intelligence, some related measures have been proposed, which is very important for the team building theory of such organizations.
