国内外PTC材料研究热点及前沿比较研究

摘要

利用信息可视化软件Citespace绘制出国内外PTC高被引文献、研究热点与研究前沿的知识图谱,分析认为,炭黑、复合材料、钛酸钡、电性能是国内外共同的研究热点主题；国际上倾向于陶瓷PTC的研究,而国内侧重于高分子PTC研究；无铅PTC材料的研制、多壁碳纳米管、超高分子量聚乙烯、混合纳米复合材料是国际PTC最新研究前沿领域.%Bibliometric and comparing highlights & research fronts in PTC elements field at abroad and home, will be of great significant to Chinese PTC elements research. Numbers of co - citation maps were made to visualize hot topics and research fronts by using CiteSpace, an information visualization tool. The results show that, carbon - black, composites, batio3, electrical — properties are common hot topics of PTC worldwide. Much attention is paid to ceramic PTC abroad, whereas is polymer PTC at home. Lead - free PTCR, multiwalled carbon nanotube, ultra - high molecular weight polyethylene composites, and hybrid nanocomposites are the newest research fronts abroad.
