一种多级阻抗复合型消声器的优化方法

         

摘要

柴油发电机组工作过程中,产生大量排气噪声,为降低排气噪声,大部分的柴油发电机都安装有消声器,但现有的各种不同原理的消声器效果都不太理想,未能有效解决其排气噪声问题.通过分析柴油机排气噪声特点,剖析阻性、抗性消声器的消声机理,结合两者优缺点,优化结构,针对性地选取吸声材料,设计了一种多级阻抗复合型结构的消声器.最后通过理论计算、分析对比,并实验验证了此结构的消声器能有效降低柴油发电机的排气噪声,为消声器降噪提出一种优化方法参考.%The working process of diesel generator set, generate a large amount of exhaust noise, in order to reduce the exhaust noise of diesel generator, the majority of the muffler is arranged, but various existing principle of muffler effect are not very ideal, has failed to effectively solve the problem of exhaust noise. Through the analysis of diesel engine exhaust noise characteristics, analysis of attenuation mechanism of resistance, resistance muffler, combined with the advantages and disadvantages of both, optimize the structure, we chose the sound-absorbing materials, design a multistage impedance composite muffler structure. Finally, the theory analysis and calculation, and experimental verification of the muffler of this structure can effectively reduce the exhaust noise of diesel generator.
