This paper introduces the pneumatic manipulator which is controlled by a PLC and using cylinder as the power components,the structure,working principle and action process .To realize three kinds of operation modes by PLC:single step, circulation,and reset.To prove the simple control,stable running,convenient installation,safe and suitable for the school teaching of the pneumatic manipulator by PLC.%介绍了一种采用PLC控制,以气缸作为动力元件的气动机械手结构、工作原理、动作过程。采用PLC的控制,实现气动机械手的3种运行方式:单步、循环以及复位。通过学生自主装拆实验证明气动机械手控制简单、运行稳定、装拆简便、安全,适合于学校教学实验。
