国内职务发明与非职务发明的研究--以药学专利为例

基于对大量药学专利的检索数据，从申请与授权情况、重点技术领域、主要发明机构、区域差异等角度，对职务发明与非职务发明进行了统计分析，旨在了解该领域的发展现状及趋势，为产业决策和政策制定提供参考。%ABSTRACT:Based on the retrieval data of a large number of pharmaceutical patents, this paper carries out a statistical analysis on the service invention and non-service invention from aspects of the application and authorization status, the key technology fields, the major invention institutions, and the regional differences, etc., aiming to understand the present situation and development tendency of this field, and providing reference for industrial decision-making and policy-making.
