军队任职教育院校图书馆文献采访工作创新的思考

基于军队任职教育院校教学、科研的文献信息需求，分析了信息时代文献采访工作的新特点，探讨了如何采取行之有效的采访策略以适应军队任职教育院的文献需求，并对采访人员应具备的素质进行了阐述。%Based on the literature information demands of military professional education academy in teaching and scientific research, this paper analyzes some new characteristics of information acquisition work in the information age, probes into how to adopt effective measures to adapt to the literature information demands of military professional education academy, and expounds the qualities that the acquisition librarians should possess.
