The antimicrobial action of benzyl isothiocyanate(BITC) against Clostridium perfringens were studied.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC value)of BITC against the tested strains was 400μL/L.The MIC values became smaller with pH values lower at different pH values (4~ 8 )conditions, while the antimicrobial action was enhanced.The MIC values were smaller with the sugar, salt concentration higher under different sugars, salt (1%~5%) conditions, while the antimicrobial action was enhanced as well.Transmission electron microscope(TEM)photos showed that BITC destroyed the capsule and the cell wall of bacteria.%研究了异硫氰酸苄酯(BITC)对产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens)的抑菌作用.结果表明:BITC对供试菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC值)为400μL/L;在不同pH(4~8)条件下,随pH的降低,MIC值变小,抑菌作用增强;在不同糖、盐浓度(1%~5%)条件下,随糖、盐浓度的升高,MIC值变小,抑菌作用增强;在透射电镜下观察发现,BITC破坏了菌体的英膜和细胞壁.
