理化因素对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPHA由基能力的影响研究

摘要

本文从板栗花雄花序中提取黄酮类化合物，采用紫外分光光度法研究理化因素对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基能力的影响。结果表明：自然光对板栗花雄花序黄酮提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力有影响；温度对其影响不明显；在pH3～5的弱酸性条件下清除DPPH自由基的能力较高，在强酸强碱溶液中清除DPPH自由基的能力较低；金属离子Na＋、K＋、Ca2＋、Mg2＋、Fe3＋对其清除DPPH自由基能力的影响不明显，A13＋影响较明显。%The influence of physical and chemical factors to flavonoid extracted from the male chestnut flowers＇ s scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was studied by Ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the natural light had influence to flavonoid extracted from the male chestnut flowers＇ s scavenging ability to DPPH free radical.The effect of temperature was not obvious.The scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was superior in the acidic condition of pH3-5,and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was lower in the strong acid and alkali solution.The effect of metal ions, Na ＋ , K ＋ , Ca2＋ , Mg2＋ , Fe3＋ on scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was not obvious.But the effect of AI3＋ was obvious.
