进口俄罗斯食品重金属含量检测分析

摘要

目的:了解进口俄罗斯食品中多种重金属的污染状况.方法:对黑龙江省两个对俄口岸进口的10类921批俄罗斯食品参照国家标准方法对重金属含量进行了检测分析.结果:除矿泉水外所有样品中均检出铅,检出率为93％(921批),镉的检出率为73.3％(258批),砷的检出率为39.6％(889批),红茶粉和咖啡粉中铜检出率达到了100％,矿泉水中有三批样品钡超过限量标准(0.7 mg/L).单样本t检验结果显示所检食品的铅、砷、钡水平都低于限量值,腌渍马哈鱼的镉、咖啡粉中的铜水平超标(p＜0.05).结论:大部分进口俄罗斯食品中重金属的含量符合我国的国家标准,部分存在重金属超标问题,建议设立专项监测计划,以提高食品安全性.%Objective:The aim was to investigate the pollution of various heavy metals in imported food from Russian.Methods:921 batches samples of 10 kinds imported food from two Russian ports in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed according to the national standard method.Results:The results showed that except for water,lead was detected in all of the samples with the detection rate of 93％ (921 batches).The detection rate of cadmium was 73.3 ％ (258 batches) and the detection rate of arsenic was 39.6％ (889 batches).The detection rate of copper was 100％ in the red tea and coffee samples.The content of barium exceeded the limit value (0.7 mg/L)in 3 batches water samples.Based on the results of the one-sample t-test,lead,arsenic and barium were lower than the limit value in food.The content of the cadmium in the pickled salmon and the content of copper in the coffee were higher than the limit value(p ＜0.05).Conclusion The contents of heavy metals in most of the imported food from Russia meet the Chinese national limit standard.However,since the contents of detected heavy metals in some of the imported food samples exceeded the limit values,it is necessary to set up a special monitoring program to improve food safety.
