发酵产赤藓糖醇代谢调控研究进展

摘要

对赤藓糖醇的合成途径、关键酶及代谢调控方式等方面的研究进行综述。分析了利用代谢调控手段改变代谢途径的方法，并对未来赤藓糖醇合成途径调控机制在分子水平上的发展趋势进行展望。%The research progress in synthetic pathway,key enzymes and metabolic regulation of erythritol was reviewed.The method of changing metabolic pathway using metabolic control was analyzed.The fu-ture development of research trend in regulation mechanism of synthetic pathway for erythritol at the mo-lecular level was prospected.
