自动驾驶汽车的伦理、法律与社会问题研究述评

摘要

With the widespread use of artificial intelligence in various fields, the automatedvehicle technology has developed rapidly and the commercialization of automated vehicles has becoming a trend.However, the main obstaclesof fully automated vehicles come from the ethical, legal and social aspects. Current research focuses on the default problem of moral algorithm in AI,the responsibility among the manufacturers, passengers, pedestrians, regulators and even the car itself, the challenges of regulatory policy.Based on the core problems, this essay studied on the ethical norms, legal responsibility and regulatory policy of autonomous vehicle.%随着人工智能广泛应用于各个领域,自动驾驶技术得到了长足发展,自动驾驶汽车的商用化也渐成趋势,自动驾驶的伦理、法律与社会问题的研究也开始出现.相关研究关注的核心问题包括:AI系统"道德算法"预设问题;制造商、乘客、行人、监管部门、汽车自身的责任分担问题;现行监管政策的挑战应对问题.本文在梳理核心问题的基础上,主要考察了自动驾驶汽车的伦理规范、法律责任和监管政策三个方面的研究状况.
