Excessive work stress is related to the employees’ need. This paper analyzed employee’ behavior model and the need of different works to build the stress—behavior model based on Need-hierarchy Theory: distinguishing employees’ behavior model and need、controlling need.%过度的工作压力与员工的需求有着密不可分的关系,本文从马斯洛需求层次的角度,通过分析员工的行为模式以及不同类型员工的需求,从而建立员工的压力—行为模式,即识别员工行为模式和需求控制需求的管理模式来帮助有效地分析和控制这一问题。
