浅谈商标与域名冲突的解决——兼评两则美国案例

随着经济和网络的发展,域名与商标的冲突应运而生。本文区分驰名商标与非驰名商标,结合相关案例,简要探讨解决商标与域名冲突问题的策略和思路,以期对二者的保护和平衡提供借鉴。%A large number of conflicts between domain name and trademark emerged along with the development of economy and internet.Against the distinction between well-known trademark and common trademark,this paper taking two American cases for example,puts forward different countermeasures to solve the conflicts between domain name and these two kinds of trademark.
