浅谈中职学生管理工作中的几点认识

摘要

In recent years, the scale of secondary vocational schools is larger and larger, but more problems spring out from the management of student affairs.Based on the analysis of the problems existing,the writer,with the aspect of the head teacher and the school as the breakthrough point,thinks that management ideas should update to show the new managent mode.%近年来中职学校规模不断扩大，中职学生的管理工作却出现了不少问题和弊端。笔者从现在中职学生管理工作中存在的问题进行分析，从班主任和学校方面入手．认为管理观念应该创新．要体现“一切为了学生．为了学生的一切”．从而创新管理模式。
