从《成长·路径》探析名教师的成长之路

摘要

要成为一位有成就的名教师,必须具备四个条件：一是热爱教师职业,二是有生涯规划意识,三是通过不断读书学习去丰富提升自己,四是养成写作的习惯,能够将教科研成果外化成文章。%To become an accomplished teacher,the following four conditions is needed：to love the teaching profession,to form a sense of career planning,to improve qualifications through constant reading and learning,to develop the habit of writing,so as to express teaching and research experience with articles.
