英汉语言中存在着丰富的颜色词,这些颜色词因语言文化环境的不同而有着各自的文化语义。本文对英汉语中基本颜色词的文化语义进行了对比,讨论了它们的异同,旨在为翻译和英语学习及教学提供帮助。%There are abundant color words in both English and Chinese,whose cultural meanings changes with the change of cultural context of a certain language.Based on the comparison of the cultural meanings of the basic color words in English and Chinese,this paper discusses their similarities and dissimilarities,aiming to help translation and English Education.
