浅谈柬埔寨华文学校班主任工作的开展

摘要

The head teacher——the leader and organizer of a class——undertakes the mission of students＇ ideological and ethical construction as well as of teaching and management of class.This paper,based on the author＇s one year experience of being a head teacher in a Cambodia Chinese school,makes a summary of this experience and illustrates how to carry out the head teacher＇s work,hoping to provide some reference to the counterparts in Cambodian education career.%班主任是一个班级的组织者、领导者,其承担着教学工作、对学生的组织管理工作和思想道德建设工作。笔者根据自身在柬埔寨华校一年班主任工作经历,就如何开展班主任工作提出自身的经验和总结,希望对在柬埔寨从事教育事业的同行有一定的参考价值。
