从点滴中见成效——浅议在教学中激发学生的团队合作精神

Now the university education is mostly open,liberal education.This educational pattern can greatly promote the development of students' personality,but ignored the team spirit cultivation.This article through to the University experiment teaching method research,elaborated how through the teaching to train students' team spirit,to stimulate students interest in learning.Team spiritis the general situation consciousness,the cooperation spirit and service spirit embodied in the teaching,if we can cultivate students' team spirit,can shoot two hawks with one arrow approach.%现在的大学教育大多是开放化、自由化的教育。这种教育模式可以很大程度上促进学生的个性发展,但是却忽略了团队协作精神的培养。本文通过对高校实验教学方法的研究,阐述了怎样通过教学培养学生的团队精神,激发学生的学习兴趣。团队精神,是大局意识、协作精神和服务精神的集中体现,如果能在教学中培养学生的团队精神,不失为一举两得的做法。
