农村留守儿童课堂教育问题初探

         

摘要

农村留守儿童的学业水平普遍都处于中等偏下,原因既有家庭教育缺失,也有教育资源配置的不合理,还包括大环境的影响。当前课堂教育是留守儿童获得教育的最主要途径,但是一方面教师不能因人施教,另一方面教材脱离农村实际及课程设置不科学,导致课堂失去了对孩子们的吸引力。为此应该加强课堂教学,在提高教师素质的基础上,注重对留守儿童心理的把握和疏导,灵活设置新课程,把孩子吸引进课堂,最终使其喜欢学习。%The learning status of rural left-behind children is bad,the reasons for which is both the lack of family education,but also the irrational allocation of educational resources,but also by environmental influences.Classroom education is the main way of access to education of the children left behind,but the one hand,teachers are not individualized instruction,teaching materials on the other hand out of the rural reality and Curriculum unscientific lost its appeal to children,resulting in the classroom.This should strengthen classroom teaching,on the basis of improving the quality of teachers,focusing on the psychology of children left behind to grasp and to ease the flexibility to set a new course,to attract children into the classroom,and eventually like to learn.
