关于教师资格准入制度的思考

摘要

拥有教师资格证是要成为教师队伍的必需条件，在国家为了招募人才、扩宽毕业生就业途径等背景下，放宽教师资格准入制度，在正在实施的教师资格证制度的实践中还存在一些问题，就此提出一些看法，对于反思的问题进行了建议%　　To acquire the teacher qualification certificate is a necessary condition to be a teacher.In order to enroll more tal-ents and expand graduates' employment,our government has wi-dened teacher qualification system,but there still exist some pr-oblems in the current teacher qualification system.This paper puts forward some opinions on it and proposes some suggest-ions.
