高职院校提高就业力新平台——心理健康教育

摘要

目前，高职院校心理健康教育工作已经取得一定进步与发展，能够帮助高职大学生积极评估自我，准确自我定位，能切实提高高职大学生元认知就业能力，是健全高职大学生就业心理素质的有效途径。心理健康教育工作要量身定做、拓展职业生涯规划的内容；要寓教于乐，有效提升高职大学生综合素质；要循序渐进，长期坚持，充分发挥心理健康教育在提高高职大学生就业竞争力上的优势作用。%　　Mental health education in vocational colleges has made some progress and development,which can help positive evaluation of self,accurate self-positioning for higher vocational college students,and improve the vocational mental quality and meta-cognitive of employment.Mental health education should be consistent with the characteristics of higher vocational college students,which in order to expand the content of career planning;We need to enhance the overall quality of vocational college students;and must make full use of mental health education in enhancing the employment competitiveness of higher vocational college students in a long time.
