“80后”辅导员面对“90后”大学生创新工作的探索

＂80后＂和＂90后＂是被社会普遍议论的两代群体,都具有鲜明的时代特征。当前大学校园里,＂80后＂辅导员面对＂90后＂的大学生,其工作内容和方法势必要进行创新探索。本文分别对＂90后＂大学生特征和＂80后＂辅导员特征进行了分析,通过比较,探索＂80后＂辅导员的工作思路。%The "post-80s" and "post-90s" are two generation groups that are generally discussed by the society,and they both include the distinct era features. In college campus, when the "post-80s" counselors face the "post-90s" students,it is necessary to create and explore the working contents and ways. Through analyzing and comparing the features between the "post-80s" counselors and the "post-90s" students,This paper explores the creative thinking about the "post-80s" counselors.
