临床带教过程中对实习医生人文精神的培养

摘要

临床实习阶段是医学生培养人文精神非常重要的阶段。目前在人文培养方面，学校、医院、实习生和临床带教医生对人文精神的重视度不够。通过增加人文关怀的相应课程、加强学生和带教医生的培训及考核等，能在一定程度上改善这一现状。%The clinical internship is a very important period for humanistic spirit cultivation of medical students. But in this peri-od,there are some problems exposed. For example, the managers of schools and hospitals, and medical students pay little attention to enhancing the individual humanistic spirit level. Increasing the course of humanistic spirit, strengthening training and examina-tion for students and doctors will help to solve the problems.
