论高职教育中的素质教育

This paper emphasizes the importance of quality-ori-ented education in higher vocational education, analyzes the characteristics of quality-oriented education and the difficulties during its implementation, points out some defects of the current quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some personal views on how to improve it. In this paper, the author highlights the influence of teachers, emphasizes the importance of environmental integrity and persistence on quali-ty-oriented education, and points out that only the combination of quality-oriented education and the professional cultivation of students, and the connection of the cultivation of social people's general quality with the cultivation of professional quality, are right approaches.%本文强调了高职教育中素质教育的重要性，分析了素质教育的特点和实施过程中的难度，指出了当前高职院校素质教育做法中的某些弊端，对如何提高和改善素质教育质量提出了一些个人看法。在本文中，作者强调了教师的素质表现对学生素质教育的影响，强调了素质教育环境的完整性和持久性对学生素质养成的重要性，指出素质教育要与学生专业培养挂钩，把社会人的一般素质培养与职业素质培养结合起来才是正确的做法等。
