The difference of imaginative joinder and overlap of articles of law is a controversial topic. With the number of viola-tions of the object of the crime as the standard, the difference be-tween the two concept is discussed from a new perspective in this paper.%想象竞合与法条竞合的区分众说纷纭。本文以行为侵害犯罪对象的数量为标准，从一个新的视角对两者的区分进行了讨论。
