青少年校外教育的困境与转型

摘要

青少年校外教育是实施素质教育的重要途径，对塑造青少年的思想品德和人格，培养创新意识和实践能力等方面都有着不可或缺的重要作用。针对当前存在的认识缺位、校内外教育衔接断位、校外教育机构建设管理错位、队伍建设不到位的问题与困境，青少年校外教育应实现管理与运作模式、活动整合和项目管理水平、师资队伍建设等方面的转型。%Social practical education is an important approach to carry out quality education, shape moral character and personal-ity, cultivate the innovation consciousness and practice ability. Aiming at the current problems and predicament, social practical education for adolescent should realize transformation in man-agement and operation pattern, integration of activities and the level of project management, the construction of teaching staff.
