管理机制创新与教学方法改革研究

摘要

College teachers lay little emphasis on teaching meth-ods, which leads to the decreasing of college teaching quality and efficiency. In view of the existing problems, colleges should re-form the management system, lay emphasis on college teachers' teaching affairs, stimulate college teachers' innovative of teaching methods, so as to improve teaching quality.%大学教师轻视教学方法带来的是大学教学质量和效率的低下，高校应该针对目前存在的问题，改革管理机制，重视高校教师教学工作，激励高校教师创新教学方法，提高教学质量。
