基于学生参与的实验室管理模式的探索

摘要

Taking experiment center of Zhongshan campus as the example, this paper analyzes the management mode based on students' participation from such three aspects as the manage-ment content, mode and guarantee measure. And it has been proved to be an effective mode good for the school, teachers and students.%　　以中山校区实验中心为例，分析了中药标本室，网络，大型仪器，试剂、药品和耗材，中药圃的学生参与的管理模式，从管理的主要内容、管理模式和保障措施三个方面探讨学生参与的实验室管理模式，达到了学校、教师和学生多赢的局面。
