高职院校学生顶岗实习机会保障机制研究

摘要

According to the survey results about students' post practice in higher vocational schools, this paper presents the problem that the opportunities of the students' post practice was lack. From the school, enterprise, and government point of view, it Analyses the causes. At last the paper provides suggestions from the legislative system, the policy of the government and the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism construction.%　　根据高职院校学生顶岗实习的问卷调查结果，针对高职院校学生顶岗实习机会缺乏保障这一问题进行探讨，从学校、企业、政府等角度进行原因分析，并从立法制度保障、政府政策保障和校企合作机制构建等方面提出解决问题的建议。
