德育成就教育梦--简析德育在农村中学班主任工作中的理论与实践

摘要

The rural middle school headteacher often encounter many problems in the work, not only in how to improve student achievement, but also in how to cultivate students' moral charac-ter. This article from students with poor grades in the rural middle school class, through moral education for the students, gradually solves the problems in the process of the students' growth.%　　农村中学班主任在工作中经常遇到很多问题，不仅在于如何提高学生的学习成绩，还在于如何培养中学生的思想品德。本文从农村中学班级中的差生入手，通过对于此学生的德育教育，逐渐解决了此学生在成长过程中存在的问题。
