In the process of second language acquisition, the knowledge of the learner's mother tongue exerts influence on the acquisition of second language. Based on the language transfer theory, this paper makes an analysis of positive and negative transfer of mother tongue in the aspects of phonetics, vocabulary and syntax during the learner's learning process. It also puts for-ward suggestions on how to avoid negative transfer of mother tongue in college English teaching.% 在第二语言习得过程中,学习者的母语知识会对第二语言的学习产生影响。本文根据语言迁移理论,对学生在英语学习过程中出现的语音、词汇、句法等方面母语正迁移、负迁移现象作简单分析,并提出大学英语教学中避免母语负迁移的建议。
