浅谈护理专业实习生人际沟通能力的培养方法

摘要

With the progress of society, the change of medical model, the development requirements of modern nursing care personnel not only have a solid professional knowledge, proficient operating skills, but also with higher communication ability, therefore, good interpersonal communication skills are also an excellent nursing personnel the necessary quality. In order to im-prove the nursing students' interpersonal communication ability, eventually the completion of outstanding tasks of clinical practice, this paper analyses the status quo of nursing students' interper-sonal communication capability, then gives the specific training methods of interpersonal communication ability of nursing stu-dents.%　　随着社会的进步，医学模式的转变，现代护理的发展要求护理人员不仅具有扎实的专业知识，熟练的操作技能，还要具备较强的沟通能力，因此具有良好的人际沟通能力也是一名优秀护理人员必备的素质。为了提高护理专业实习生的人际沟通能力，最终出色地完成临床实习任务，本文首先对护生人际沟通能力的现状进行分析，其次给出了培养护生人际沟通能力的具体方法。
