浅析教师个人教育哲学的意义

教师个人教育哲学是指教师在一定历史文化背景下，在“自我意识”支配下，在日常生活、教育实践与专业理论的学习中，通过理性思考而建构的有关教育的适宜的、相对系统的和理论化的个人基本观念体系。教师个人教育哲学在唤醒教师专业自我意识，促进教师的教育实践，创造和生成教师的教育智慧，改善教师的生活质量方面具有重要的意义。%Teachers' personal philosophy of education is the sys-tem of the basic concepts. The system is set by the teachers in daily life and education practices, which is appropriate, systemic and theoretic. Teachers' personal philosophy of education has important significance in awakening teachers' professional self, promoting teacher education practice, creating and producing the teachers' education wisdom, and improving teachers' quality of life.
