It has greatly changed the way in which people obtain knowledge and information and has broken the tradition of broadcasting knowledge and information through the media of books and lectures. Internet has been widely used for its tremen-dous storage of information, multiple representation style, high degrees of sharability, high scalability and real-time communica-tion. Therefore it's quite important for military universities to make full use of network technology, establish discipline website, integrate the information sources and set up the platform of teaching, research and information services.
