论教师教育的民主诉求

摘要

In a democratic country, teacher education is endowed with new connotation, that is the demand for democracy in teach-er education. This paper discusses the connotation of democratic teacher education, and the existing problems in the current democratic teacher education in China, and then proposes coun-termeasures for the cultivation of democratic teachers.%　　在民主社会的背景之下，教师的教育问题被赋予了新的内涵。教师民主教育的意蕴，不仅仅包括对教师民主教育的高度关注和鼓励教师广泛有序的参与日常管理事务，还包括各项利益的协调均衡。当前我国对教师的民主教育存在轻视化、形式化、片面化和强制化的倾向。培养民主型教师，从教师个人来说要树立正确的民主意识，培养民主精神：对于社会来说要提供多种丰富的社会资源，为民主教师的培养提供一个良好的物质基础和外部环境：学校方面要营造一个良好的民主氛围，吸收教师参与日常学校管理，深化教师民主理念。
