江苏民办高等教育发展主要困境及其原因分析

Jiangsu private higher education has formed a certain scale and effect after 20 years' development, but it is also faced with some difficulties,such as students, funds, property rights, management, teaching and other aspects. The main reasons in-clude the lack of a security system, the lack of policy support and the influece of social opinion.%江苏民办高等教育历经20多年的发展，已形成了一定规模和效应，但是发展也面临着一些困境，目前主要集中在生源、经费、产权、管理、师资等方面，究其原因一是保障制度缺失，二是政策支持不足，三是社会舆论影响。
