In the background of 21st century's information era, the cultivation of contemporary college students' national defense re-sponsibility consciousness is one of the important tasks of today's higher education. Regarding patriotism as the core of the national defense responsibility consciousness cultivation, colleges and u-niversities should adapt to the requests of the changing society through exploring innovations and reforms based on the efficient, convenient, interactive characteristics of new media to guide the youth to set up correct defense responsibility views and to clarify their defense responsibility as Chinese citizens.%在社会信息化程度不断提高的21世纪，对大学生国防责任意识的培养是当前高校国防教育的重要任务之一，高校国防教育也应迅速适应时代发展的要求，围绕以爱国主义为核心的国防责任意识培养，根据新媒体高效、便捷、互动性强的特点进行积极探索创新，大力提升当代大学生的国防认知度，积极引导广大青年树立正确的国防责任观，明确其作为公民所应承担的国防责任，从整体上增强高校学生的国防责任意识和积极投身国防活动的意愿。
