报务兵选拔与训练关键心理素质研究

摘要

研究报务兵的关键心理素质和选拔训练方法。通过听抄实验、密码记忆实验、概念模型发现人与人之间的素质确实存在着很大的差别，通过这些实验可以发现更适合于报务训练的人群，通过概念模型可以提高练习发报的效率。%The paper studies the key psychological diathesis of telegraph operators and studies the m ethod of selection and training. We will find that there are many differences among peo-ple through dictation experiment, short-term memory experiment and the conceptual model. We can also find these experiments can help find the people more appropriate to be operators, and the conceptual model can help improve and train the efficiency of telegraph transmission.
