我国高职教师专业化“多元立体”路径的探讨

         

摘要

目前我国高职教师队伍的专业化程度不高,成为了制约高职教育发展的瓶颈之一。为了解决这个难题,可以探索“多元立体”的高职教师专业化发展路径。高职教师专业化“多元立体”的路径,指通过“多元整合”政府、社会、学校、企业、教师个体等各方面的内外力量,构建职前职后“立体化”的高职教师培养体系。%Currently, the professionalization degree of the higher vocational teacher team in China is low, becoming an obstacle to impede the development of higher vocational education. To solve the problem, we can explore the "pluralistic and three-dimen-sional"way for the professional development of higher vocational teachers. It refers to the integration of various internal and exter-nal strengths from the government, society, university, enterprise and teacher, so as to construct a three-dimensional pre-service and in-service training system for higher vocational teachers.
