商学课程PBGS教学法新论

         

摘要

对于商学课程而言,PBGS教学法可谓“量身定做”;项目的合理设计是PBGS教学法成功的基石,在拟定项目时,应从实践性、时效性、拓展性三个方面入手,着重考虑能否调动授课对象的兴趣,并将之与教学任务有机结合;开展PBGS教学,可以引入对抗,并将对抗表现与成绩挂钩;PBGS是一种能力导向的教学方法,当然得有一个能力本位的质量检测体系,在PBGS教学法开展的过程中,应做好资料的留存,以便在学期末对PBGS的总体质量进行检测。%For business courses, PBGS didactics can be described as "tailored"; reasonable design of project is the cornerstone of the success of PBGS didactics, during the design of project, we should emphasize on whether the project can arouse the interest of students, starting from three aspects: practicality, timeliness and expansibility, and with the organic combination of the teach-ing task;in PBGS teaching, we can introduce confrontation, and link the performance to marks; in the implementation of PBGS teaching, datum should be retained in order to evaluate the over-all quality of PBGS didactics at the end of term.
