医患纠纷产生的原因及防范的伦理要求

摘要

医患纠纷产生的原因很多，可以从制度、伦理、法律等方面进行分析。本文主要从医者、患者、管理、媒体、法律等角度，对医患纠纷产生的原因进行分析，由此提出医务人员防范医患纠纷的伦理要求。%There are many causes of doctor-patient dispute which can be analyzed from system, ethics, law and so on. From the perspective of doctors, patients, management, media and law, this paper analyzed the causes of doctor-patient dispute, thus proposing the ethical requirements for medical staff in its preven-tion.
