论高校如何实现更高质量的职业指导--以徐州医学院公共卫生学院为例

Currently, the employment rate of graduates is one of the important indexes measuring the quality and level of college education.To construct a professional teaching staff and constant-ly carry out systematical and high-quality career guidance for college students is the need of improving the employment rate of graduates and promoting the sustainable development of a col-lege. Career guidance should adapt to the needs of social devel-opment, transform students' concepts of employment from multi-ple angles, enhance the cultivation of their comprehensive quali-ty, actualize employment in various ways, guide them in accor-dance with their intentions, and establish a bridge with employ-ers, so as to better actualize career guidance of higher quality.%当前毕业生就业率是衡量高校办学质量和水平的重要指标之一。建立专业指导师资队伍、对大学生进行长期持续性的全面系统、高质量的职业指导，是提高毕业生就业率、促进高校可持续发展的需要。职业指导应做到以适应社会发展需要为原则，多角度积极转变学生就业观念，加强学生综合素质培养，实现多途径就业，同时兼顾学生个性发展、因“意”施教，并成功搭建与用人单位的桥梁，从而实现更高质量的职业指导。
