生态学视野下的高职法律课堂的现状考察与优化研究

     

摘要

The classroom ecology is a special ecosystem in the e-ducation environment. Teachers, students and environment are three important ecological factors of the ecological system of higher vocational law class, and they interact with one another, and mutually influence one another. In the dynamic class ecosys-tem, there will inevitably be various influencing factors, therefore, it is necessary to analyze the main problems existing in the cur-rent higher vocational law class ecological system from the per-spective of ecology, and then put forward some optimization strategies of higher vocational law class ecology, in order to con-struct a healthy ecological system for higher vocational law class.%课堂生态,是一种教育环境下的特殊生态系统。教师、学生与环境,是高职法律课堂生态系统的三个重要的生态因子,它们相互作用、相互影响。在动态的课堂生态系统中,不可避免地出现了诸多因素的影响,因此有必要在生态学视野下分析当前法律高职课堂生态系统存在的主要问题,进而提出法律高职课堂生态的若干优化策略,以构建健康的法律高职课堂生态系统。
