Education fairness is currently a hot topic, and class-room fairness, in the micro field, is about students' whole life. The currently unfair phenomena in classroom are analyzed in the pa-per, mainly related to interactive classroom teaching, the teacher evaluation and some problems in the relationship between teach-ers and students, and attempts to seek the solutions from the leader teacher of classroom teaching.%教育公平问题是当下的一个热门话题,而微观领域的课堂公平更是关乎学生一生的发展。就当前的课堂不公平现象进行分析,主要涉及课堂教学互动、教师评价和师生关系中的一些问题,并力图从课堂教学的主导者教师身上寻求解决的方法。
